-Add Contact Email Id on the Job creation page.

-In the Nowhere job, the mail id is added only after the Dean approves the job.

-Hired count changes after the candidate accepts the offer letter.

-Dean can Return a pending job to the job creator if required. An Email will be sent to the creator of the job upon return of the job.

-The creator of the returned job needs to do the required modifications and re-submit for approval from starting. An email will be sent to the dean once the creator re-submits the returned job for approval.

-Principal approval is required once the Dean returned the HOD-created job.

-All jobs except the one created by the dean requires a remark from HR-admin before dean approval.

-A new tile named "Remarks Pending" was added at the HR admin's job administration page to display the list of jobs waiting for HR remarks.

-In the interview scheduling window, the venue field character length got increased to accept lengthy online meeting URLs.

-Once the candidate accepts the offer letter, the HR admin will be able to move the candidate details to the HRMS portal.

-The pop-up window of “Move to HRMS “will fetch data from the PIS form entered by the candidate.

-Employee no: will get auto-generated while HR-admin moves the candidate details to the HRMS.

-On the candidate applied page “Candidate Accept Status” of the offer letter is added.

-The candidate can accept the offer letter of a nowhere job from the portal.


-Update the Scorecard questions depend on the candidate selection status.

- Separate email notification to be send to AOC Department for job category "Non-Digital"

- Jobs Posted as "NoWhere" won't appear publically at candidates job portal unless the HR Admin permit it for certain candidates.

- For Jobs Posted as "NoWhere" no email notification will be send to AOC Department up on Dean approval. Notification will still be send to egov department up on Dean approval.

- "Go to Offer Letter" button will appear only for "NoWhere" jobs in the job applied list of a candidate at Administrative logins.

- "Existing Job Role ?" is asked while creating a job. If Yes, remarks to be added.


- Bug fixes for multi role and multi campus roles for Administrative users.

- Fix Browser compatibility issue for "Existing Job Role ?" while creating jobs. Currently it works with firefox only.

- Super Admin can set user roles (Super Admin, Admin and Dean) for campuses. Meanwhile selecting multiple roles for a single user has issues.
